Under his leadership, remarkable achievements took place, including the completion of the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, in 2009, followed closely by the inauguration of The Dubai Mall and Dubai Metro. Dubai's population soared from 1.7 million in 2009 to nearly 3.6 million today, reflecting the city's increasing appeal and opportunities.
