IIT-Delhi, one of the oldest and most respected branches, will establish its Abu Dhabi campus. It has been ranked among the top 50 institutions for engineering and technology globally and has made significant contributions to research and development in various sectors. This expansion comes as IIT branches seek to establish a presence abroad, with IIT-Madras also opening an outpost in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
