Aside from superior housing, the Balghaiylam residential development encompasses educational institutions, mosques, retail and dining establishments, sports centers, community gardens, playgrounds and parks, as well as an equestrian center, ensuring citizens have access to top-notch facilities within an integrated and vibrant community.

Sheikh Khaled was joined by prominent figures such as Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism and Chairman of Aldar Properties; Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority; Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority; and Talal Al Dhiyebi, Group CEO of Aldar Properties during the inauguration ceremony.

Abu Dhabi Government Continues to Foster Public-Private Partnerships in Housing Development

The Balghaiylam project aligns with the Abu Dhabi Government's strategy of leveraging public-private collaborations to offer Emiratis suitable housing options within real estate developments undertaken by approved developers. Pre-approved citizens, granted eligibility by ADHA, will be able to utilize their loans to acquire three to six-bedroom villas featuring diverse architectural designs and interior layouts that cater to their preferences and financial circumstances , ADHA will provide Aldar with a list of eligible citizens who will then have the opportunity to review the available villas and subsequently finalize their purchase through the designated process.
